Data Deletion

Last updated 2026-11-01. This page explains how to remove data that the Vantage Works hub, operated by Brad Bonnell Carpentry Inc., holds about you or about accounts you connected to it.

Facebook and Instagram

The hub stores only the access token Meta issues when you connect a Page or Instagram professional account, plus the posts you created in the hub. To remove it, use either option:

1. From your hub: open Social, then Connections, and disconnect Facebook and Instagram. Facebook and Instagram share one Meta login, so once both are disconnected the stored token is deleted and the hub asks Meta to revoke it.
2. From Facebook: go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Find Vantage Works and choose Remove. This cuts off the hub's access immediately. To have the stored token deleted as well, disconnect in the hub or email us (below).

Everything else

To have all data deleted from your hub, or any information you sent us through this site, email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion". We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days, including backups, which roll off within that time.
