Do I need to switch project management or bookkeeping software?
No. Almost every engagement connects tools you already use rather than replacing them. Switching platforms is disruptive and expensive; connecting them usually isn't.
How long does a build take?
It depends entirely on scope, which is exactly why the discovery call comes before any timeline or quote. A single connected workflow can take days; a full connected-systems build takes longer.
What does the AI lead follow-up actually say to my customers?
Whatever fits your business and your voice, tuned during the build. It never fabricates claims, never pretends to be something it isn't, and always has a clear path to hand off to a real person.
Who owns the system once it's built?
You do. Nothing is built to lock you into paying Vantage Works forever. Ongoing support is optional, not required for the system to keep running.
Is my data safe?
Every integration is built to keep your data inside the tools you already trust, connected through secure, authenticated APIs. Nothing is ever sold, shared, or used to train anything. Traffic to this site and to anything we build is encrypted end to end, forms are protected against automated abuse, and when a system serves more than one business, each business's data is isolated at the database level, not just by login. What if it's not a good fit?
I'll tell you on the discovery call. Not every business needs this, and I'd rather say so upfront than take on work that doesn't actually help.
